Our mission is to provide a student centered learning environment that allows for career long learning opportunities for our employees at their fingertips.

Learning opportunities include:

• Specific core courses designed as mandatory training for all employees or specific groups.
• Personalized learning tracks for career advancement.
• Electives designed to enhance skill sets and best practices in criminal justice.
• Weekly training topics suitable for Patrol briefings.

Most courses are AZPOST approved, and based on best practice in the field of Justice Studies. Instructional designs are based on pedagogy standards applied at the university level. Competency-based learning strategies guide the learning process as students work at their own pace. The student interacts with the learning material completing a series of activities or competency assessments to demonstrate mastery of new learning.
