This course will provide an overview of the NEW AZPOINT web site for Orders of Protection. The process in which Orders of Protections (OOP) are to be served is changing effective January 1, 2020. The current process of the plaintiff calling Crime Stop or 911 and meeting an officer with the OOP to be served will be changing. Plaintiffs and law enforcement will be required to use AZPOINT to obtain, serve, and verify OOP. Moving forward officers will log on to AZPOINT to determine if an OOP is valid.
