The Center for Continuous Improvement, in coordination with the Training Bureau, is developing Organized Briefing Training for weekly patrol squad training. These briefing training sessions will be coordinated through the eLearning system, so that the patrol sergeants can present the training for their squad and then confirm training completion within the employee’s monthly notes on the new standardized notes form.
Every month different bureaus and precincts will rotate the development of briefing training sessions (2-5 minutes in length) to update and advance our officers with emerging practices and policy awareness.
