This course is a detailed court approved procedure on how to obtain a facsimile and/or Search Warrant. Upon completion of this course, students will be able to complete a facsimile and electronic search warrant. Students will learn how to complete the necessary paperwork to obtain a warrant and what is required form the courts, such as time restrictions for the service and return of a warrant.
